Ingredients for the stew
Wow, smoky lamb cubes, put some olive oil in the pan/pot, stir it till the surface is golden
Set the lamb aside, put in chopped bacon and onions, till onions start to soften, splash some white wine, stir and let the wine boil down until reduced to a sticky glaze
Return the lamb back to the pot
Add cinnamon, half of the prunes, ginger
Simmer in stock for an hour
With lid on
Add the rest of the prunes in after an hour, then cook for another half an hour, stir occasionally. Done!
