Start with a clean face
Apply under eye concealer. I love Almay Wake Up in "light/medium" it has a gentle cooling sensation
Gently blend concealer in with your fingertip starting at your inner eye swiping outward up toward your outer eye. You may add a little more concealer if needed, until you get a neutral look
Next you will apply your white eyeshadow. A slight shimmer will add a gentle boost!
Add your finishing touches!
